Hojicha Yabukita 500ml Boxed

Yabukita seeds, which are the most popular in Japan, have a good balance of astringency, umami, and aroma. Hojicha is exposed to the sun's rays and stored in a high heat of around 105°C. Finally, the main flame is reheated to bring out the pleasant aroma. I made it by extracting it immediately to lock in the scent of freshly roasted tea leaves. The tea leaves used are those that give you a unique scent of Yamate in the southern part of Kyoto Prefecture.
