About your order
1.Add the item to the cart
From the product purchase screen, select "Quantity" and select the desired quantity.
Click the Add to Cart button to add the item to your cart.
If you want to proceed with the order as it is, please proceed to the cart page from the cart icon at the top right of the screen.
2.Confirm your order
After confirming the item you ordered, select "Proceed to order procedure".
3.Place your order
Enter your "email address" and "shipping address"
Select the "Proceed to select shipping method" button.
Enter the shipping method and payment method according to the instructions, and then "Order". Press the button to complete the purchase.
About payment

Visa / Mastercard / JCB / American Express / Apple Pay / Google pay / Shop pay You can pay with this card.
About delivery
The shipping fee will be 1000 yen (tax included) nationwide.
About changes / returns
Since tea is a food product, we do not accept returns or exchanges after the product has been delivered. Thank you for your understanding.
If the delivered product is damaged or otherwise defective, or if the delivered product is incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will respond to exchanges and resends.
Please note that if you contact us for more than one week, we will not be able to exchange it in principle span>. The shipping fee will be borne by us if the item is defective, and will be borne by the customer if the item is returned or exchanged at the convenience of the customer.

1.Access the new member registration page
Click the login icon at the top right of the screen to access the login & new member registration page. Select the "Click here to register as a member" button for new member registration.
2.Enter your customer information
Enter the orderer's first and last name, e-mail address, and desired password, and click the "Register" button to complete the registration. A registration completion email will be sent to the registered email address.
FAQ
- Is the delivery of bottled tea refrigerated? Is it better to store it in the refrigerator?
- It will be delivered by normal temperature flight. If unopened, it can be stored at room temperature. Please drink immediately after opening.
- How long is the best-by date for bottled tea?
- It will be one year from the date of manufacture.
